We the user by registering to use this site accept the terms of this agreement and agree to be bound by the terms thereof.

PRIVATE USERS may advertise anything that is acceptable to any average classifieds section with no price restrictions on items, including your home or your business. New items may be included for sale provided these items where not purchased with the intent to resell for profit.

SERVICES USERS are considered persons advertising the services they provide and will now be able to place their ads under their private user registration.

BUSINESS PROVIDERS are considered persons who purchase items with the intent to resell for profit and as of 18th of April 2010 will no longer be accepted on our site.

We acknowledge that Budget Classifieds reserves the right to remove any advertising that it considers to be unsuitable for this site.

We acknowledge that Budget Classifieds is not involved in the actual transaction between buyers and sellers and for any liability for any loss or damage, (actual, special, direct, indirect and consequential) of any nature whatsoever, either unsuspected, disclosed, undisclosed arising out of or in anyway connected with any transaction.

We further confirm that Budget Classifieds does not provide any warranties as to title merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose and that no agency, partnership, joint venture, employee-employer, franchiser-franchisee or similar agreement is hereby created and we agree to indemnify and release Budget Classifieds and hold it and its related entitles, affiliates and or employees from all or any liability, actions, suits, proceedings, claims, demands, costs and expenses however relating to or arising out of any transaction entered into as a result of using the services of Budget Classifieds where such liability or claims by way of breach of contract, negligence or otherwise.
